What you buy

DeskPup is one individually generated dog companion for Macs running macOS 14 or later. The launch price is one regional payment of £69, €79, or $89, with the final tax-inclusive amount shown before payment where required. No subscription, iOS or Windows app, future platform, or lifetime cloud service is included.

How creation and delivery work

You upload four to six pet photos. We create an initial portrait slate and include one corrected reroll. You choose a portrait before Phase B produces the motion clips, bundle, and first-day reel. If both portrait slates miss, the order pauses for human review instead of spending again automatically. We aim to show the portrait slate the same day where practicable and deliver the final pet within 24 hours after portrait approval. If we cannot deliver within 30 days or another date expressly agreed with you, you may cancel for a full refund, without limiting your statutory rights.

Cancellations, refunds, and problems

Our voluntary policy is a full refund until you approve a portrait and Phase B begins. Request it at hello@deskpup.com with your order email and order code. After Phase B starts, we review change-of-mind requests individually because custom performance has begun. This policy does not remove cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, repeat-performance, price-reduction, refund, or other rights that the law gives you.

Your license

You may install and back up the delivered pet on Macs you own or control, keep using downloaded compatible files indefinitely, and share the first-day reel and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, impersonate another owner, redistribute the bundle or code, or use the assets commercially without written permission. Sharing is always your choice; DeskPup never posts on your behalf. A phone-transfer link is a seven-day bearer link and can be revoked from your Mac.

Your photos and acceptable use

You must own or have permission to use submitted pet photos. Do not submit unlawful content or a photo whose principal subject is a person.

Local ownership and hosted recovery

“Own forever” means continued local use of downloaded compatible files. It does not promise that redemption, recovery, generation, updates, or cloud hosting will operate forever. We will give reasonable notice before ending hosted recovery where practicable.

Liability and governing law

The final clause will not remove mandatory protections in your home country or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence. The exact seller jurisdiction and liability wording remain subject to qualified legal review.
