Terms of Service

This is an interim product summary for the private DeskPup beta, not a final public-sale contract. Paid stranger traffic will stay disabled until the seller identity, launch countries, withdrawal process, delivery terms, license, and privacy notice have been approved and published.

Custom pets are made to order

Each custom pet is generated individually from the photos you upload to your order. The launch product policy includes one fresh hero-slate retry before animation and one likeness remake after delivery. If two hero slates miss, the order pauses for human review instead of spending again automatically. The voluntary product policy is a full refund until the buyer chooses a hero and Phase B begins. Final terms will describe the exact state boundaries, withdrawal route, delivery remedies, and mandatory consumer rights; this summary does not limit those rights.

Your license

The launch offer is a Mac-only personal-use license to the delivered pet. You may save and share the finished first-day reel for personal, non-commercial social use. Sharing is always your choice; DeskPup never posts on your behalf. A phone-transfer link is a seven-day bearer link, so anyone you give it to can access the reel until it expires or you revoke it. The final terms will define device, household, backup, and hosted-recovery rights. No iOS app or future platform is included or promised.
