Custom pets are made to order

Each custom pet is generated individually from your photos. You can get a full refund any time before we begin generating. Once generation begins, your pet is custom-made to order and all sales are final. You pick and approve your favourite look before we animate — and you can re-roll the looks freely at that step. If the finished pet's likeness doesn't feel right, we include one discounted regeneration. We show examples and photo guidelines before purchase.

Your license

Your pet is yours to use across your own devices for personal use. You own your pet forever.
